History
Established in 1968.
Our 30,000 square foot auto body repair shop is one of Portland's finest. Our well-equipped and secure facilities help ICR's customers rest easy knowing the repairs will be done right and done fast. Team ICR's people have high standards and their goals are simple; to make your car or truck safe, make it right and make it look like in was never in a collision. That's what our body technicians do. That's why ICR's customers have used our shop for generations.

I chose to come here after my car had been in a hit and run accident and the other parties' insurance was paying for my damages and the entire process with them was quick and easy. The staff were very personable and you could really get the feeling that they're there to do a good job. When I dropped my vehicle off they made sure I had an appointment to get my rental pick up around the corner at the enterprise and took it upon themselves to call and sort that out for me. (And the enterprise was very nice too! Very efficient and friendly stuff plus they gave me a niceeee car as a rental.) they estimated the fix on my car to take about 5 days, it was a surprise when they called me 2 and a half days later letting me know they were able to knock it out quickly and they emailed me an updated claim form with the costs. Upon arriving back there, they went and look at my vehicle with me to make sure everything looked good and they thanked me for my service. And my car looks fantastic. The damage looked as if it had never happened and the paint on my car looked shiny and perfect. Not to mention they gave my car a great wash AND washed the mats inside. Overall I would give it a 10000/10 service rating.
